The view from my room was breathtaking, especially at sunrise. I spent time walking in the vast parkland surrounding the hall, teeming with wildlife. This place is perfect for nature lovers. My room felt really comfortable with a big bed and clean facilities. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making my stay even more pleasant. I did run into some issues with parking. it was difficult to find a spot as the area was crowded with staff vehicles. I wouldn't say the breakfast offered much variety—it felt a bit basic. Still, I had no significant complaints overall.

We had a fantastic stay with my father here. The room was lovely and spacious, and the view of Lake Windermere was breathtaking. Plus, having the option to launch a paddleboard straight from the boathouse made our visit even more memorable.
For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly dining options.

Had a great time with friends! We explored stunning local hikes and enjoyed a cookout in the spacious kitchen, which was perfect for our large group. The location is beautiful, close to nature, but be prepared for a walk to town! I recommend visiting the nearby lake and local trails.
One downside was the limited microwaves available, which caused a bit of confusion on rules for common areas.
